Best service I've ever had on any system I've owned in the last 40 years!!!

We were with Leckrons and then Premier took us on. Seamless transition, great customer service, timely with appts, knowledgeable & very helpful!

We had Bowie Climate Control prior to switching to Premier due to Bowie going out of business. We are highly satisfied with the switch and Premier's services. Donovan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during the visit. Prices are reasonable- highly recommend!
Had them replace our central a/c unit. They provided two brand new window a/c to use until the new a/c was installed. Price, service snd quality were excellent.
Next had a water leak from the central A/C that the builder had draining into the concrete slab in the basement. They responded very quickly and installed a pump to route the condensation water to the existing sump pump.
While here for the water problem, we signed up for an annual maintenance plan. James came out last week and spent over an hour inspecting and lubricating the unit. Very happy with the service. He was very nice, professional and efficient.
Devin came to perform maintenance on our unit. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend!
