Provided thorough information and was well educated about the services being provided
The technician was on time, called me to let me know that he would arrive in a 20 minutes. He explained everything that was being done for maintenance and helped me schedule a second, free visit in the fall to ensure the HVAC system is operating well.
He answered all my questions and was extremely polite and efficient.
