You really get the whole package with Premier HVAC Services. From ordering a system to completion of the job. Fast friendly services, these guys really know there stuff. They awnserd all my questions and then some. I felt completely confident I was getting the system I truly needed and not anything more. Never felt any pressure to buy, once i recived there quotes. I was presented with multiple options to fit my budget. Each of which they went over in detail.
On the day of installation the lead walked me through exactly what they were going to do and about how long it would take. The installation was done in a matter or hours, with little to no noise. Completely cleaned the areas they had worked at, to a level cleaner then befor they started. After finishing the work they walked me through how to clean and operate the system to get the most out of it.
I will say this they may not be the cheapest around but, you get what you pay for! I am so glad i chose Premier HVAC Services to install my new system. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks

Purchased new mini split system. Excellent sales presentation including describing all options, sharing the logic behind the recommendations, showed us all the calculations, and included a guarantee in the contract the system would operate as calculate.

Pricing was very fair and within a few hundred dollars of a competitor. *Great* fincancing options.(Buyer beware - Be sure the HVAC companies shares their calculations.)

Installers were also outstanding. Professional from start to finish. Put up with silly customer questions. Respectful of our home and our neighbors' property. All wires and cables hidden and secured. Went through all the controls before departing.

(Update 6/12 - Continued 5 star service. The tech (Andrew) went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue with a unit not installed by Premier. Fantastic service.)

Overall, (still) happy customer.

I highly recommend them to anyone needing an HVAC company whether for installation, repairs, or routine maintenance.
