Premier HVAC has been wonderful… from making several trips to our house to diagnosis our problem and to help us choose the best HVAC system to suit our needs and budget. The men who came to install our system, were polite, worked hard and efficiently. Their knowledge showed in our conversations and they cleaned up after themselves. (Also our dog loved them) I would recommend Premier to anyone. Their service and professionalism is excellent
We had Logan install our new Heat-pump system a few months ago and Austin installed our Mini split today in our basement and did a little extra work for me by moving our thermostat. These men and their helpers are amazing! And no problems with the equipment in these very cold days this winter

Donovan called to alert me of his expected arrival time, was friendly, polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and effective at diagnosing a problem I had, performed maintenance service very well, answered my questions. I was very pleased with the service visit.
We could not be happier with the installation of our new heat pump system. We filled out the online contact form and received a call within minutes to schedule a quote/consultation (in the evening by the way!!).
Matt explained the different units and their options thoroughly. He was out on 3 separate occasions; first to take measurements, and gather info, second to go over options, and third to sign the contract.
Next, the installation. Austin and Branson were extremely meticulous in their installation, zoning the new system, setting up the thermostats, answering any questions we had along the way, and very accomodating in working with/around us during the process. They were very respectful the entire time they were here! It is hard to find this level of respect/professionalism from companies this day and age
We would definitely recommend Premier for any HVAC needs!!
Regular service checkup that resulted in correcting an issue with gas pressure causing furnace to overheat, shut-off and cycle during cold spells. Adjusted, thoroughly checked and running properly. Very curtious and respectful of our home. Highly reccomend this company.
