Premier was SO accommodating! Starting out with a tech repair person coming to see what was wrong with our system. He was constantly communicating with us as to what he was doing. Then to find out our system couldn't get repaired and Jordan came very quickly to discuss our options. Jordan was also so very accommodating to get the team here in a timely manner (3 business days!) to install our system. The team (Austin C, Branson T & Kendal J) that came was very polite and explained everything.
