Amazing service from start to finish. Matt, the estimator, thoroughly explained what we needed and why. We were so impressed! The installers were all friendly and very efficient. They refused to leave before everything was cleaned and tidy. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Thank you, Premier, for going above and beyond! You certainly have won us over!!!
Fantastic experience from beginning to end! We quickly decided to move forward with a new system after meeting with Jordan, He's not a pushy salesman but instead a good ole' farm boy who we could trust.
During the installation the guys were all very professional, kept a clean work area, respected our home, and educated us on how to operate the new thermostat.
Overall, an excellent experience with a company we consider trustworthy and skilled.
*A special thanks to the technician who saw our dog wander onto the road and promptly brought it to our attention before something horrible happened!

Fantastic work.
4 pm on a Friday afternoon is a terrible time to find an AC problem in your home. So thrilled that Tanner from Premier was able to get to us before the weekend started. He fixed the problem in short order so we didn't have the face the weekend without AC. Love the Premier team ! They are truly the best !
