From day one-everyone at Premier has been wonderful to work with. Mike came out to access exactly what heat pump/unit would work best for our house and gave us several options so we were able to choose the best fit for our financial needs. Logan and Kendal showed up on time and worked late to finish the installation. Both of them were very professional, hardworking and very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions about the install. We have cats and dogs and Logan and Kendal were very mindful of shutting doors so we wouldn't have any escapees. The guys did a great job- we appreciate all the hard work they did. Definitely recommend Premier for all your AC/Heat needs!!

From the beginning of the sales process to the clean up, everyone involved was professional in every aspect. They installed a mini-split system...6 indoor units and 2 outside units…Staying long hours and starting early...Austin and Jared completed the install in three days.
The last day included an addition of a 6th unit that was unplanned. Jordan took my call on Friday morning and made arrangements to get everything to the job site. Austin and Jarred made it happen, staying late on a Friday evening!
What impressed me as much as anything was Austin and Jared's work ethic! It was refreshing to see two young people working
together as a team and taking pride in their work. Something that is lacking in much of today's work force.
After the first day of watching the process and seeing their work, it was clear to me that I had made the right decision in having Premier HVAC Services tackle this project.
