We've owned 5 houses in our lifetime and have only lived here in PA for a year, but Premier is by far the best HVAC company we've ever had. Everyone we've dealt with has been courteous and professional. Our technician today was Logan and he was outstanding. Very thorough with his job and patient answering all my questions. We know we will be able to rely on Premier in the future whether it is a heating or cooling issue.
It has been an amazing experience working with Premier HVAC as a recipient of the "feel the love" giveaway. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, skilled and kind. They worked so well together to get my ancient system replaced. My youngest daughter was literally dancing with joy when she got home and felt the new heat and saw the new thermostat. A huge thank you to Matt, Tim, Tyler Trystan, Derek, Logan, Kendal and the rest of the behind-the- scenes employees who made this possible. It has been a tremendous encouragement during a very difficult time.

Annual fall maintenance, the technician was on time, answered all my questions, attempted to address a noise issue with one of the compressors, and thoroughly cleaned both the main and upstairs units. Premier has been very good to us over the last 14 years we have been in this home.
I started to use the service of Premier HVAC last year and every time it has been a pleasant professional event. The technicians are the best. Pleasant and friendly, but most of all they are well trained in their craft. They answer all your questions so that you can understand what they are doing. Ty was the last tech here yesterday. He was able to pinpoint a potential issue with the capacitor that would have shown itself this coming winter. Premier is the BEST of the BEST HVAC service in the area.
