We've been using Premier HVAC since we moved in to our home nearly two years ago. As we've interacted with their office staff and techs for both regular maintenance and repair work, I've repeatedly appreciated their responsiveness in getting us into the schedule, the good work they've done, and the time they've taken to answer any questions we might have. It's always nice to find home repair professionals you can trust, and we're grateful to work with them.
I wish I remembered his name... But this guy was very professional, down to earth, and taught me allot in such a short time... and... got my AC running again... I'm feelin extra good about this! He also told me about a really great plan their company has for maintenance. I am a new home owner so this knowledge was very helpful. The only pain was I didn't have cash and the guys machine didn't take tips.. booo...Thanks guys!
Terry has serviced our HVAC system on multiple occasions. Today, like every service he has provided, Terry was friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and always answers and educates me regarding any questions I may have, and reminds me of maintenance needs. Great service all around!

I have only good things to say about this company. They are professional, courteous, and affordable. They have helped me with an older unit and honest about the repairs it needs. They have also sent someone to give me the cost of a new unit who was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend them repeatedly.
Matt Horan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I even scrutinized his tool bag and tools which were exceptional! Matt did not try to upsell me to a new system. However, I don't want to spend good money after bad I declined the repair and requested Mike to come prepared with a contract of installation. A note to the owner Tim, thank you for hiring good people. Keep up the good work.
