This was our first maintenance service call with Premier HVAC. Zack performed our heat pump checkup and cleaning, explained the potential issues with our great room temperature fluctuations and setup a consult with their comfort specialist for next week. Very grateful for Ryan and Logan for they both not only installed our vents and new HVAC system they were knowledgeable(willing to share knowledge), friendly, and efficient.
Ryan installed a new vent in our kitchen that required custom work and even though it was a bit of a challenge to prep the space for the new vent he did a great job. Clean lines and no damage to the surrounding cabinet, looks like the vent has always been there. Went above and beyond in several areas.
We also had our ducts cleaned- it's nice to have a piece of mind that junk has been removed.
All of this great work was done after our salesman Jordan really did a stellar job in helping us to understand what our choices were and what would be the best system for us that would be in our price range. Jordan truly answered all of my "interesting" questions and concerns while we were making our decision. No pressure or gimmicks just provided real knowledgable information with a smile.
Now we are a part of premier land :)
