Technician called to come early, wore shoe covers inside the house. He checked gas furnace, replaced a weak capacitor and upsold me the annual maintenance plan for $199 plus I paid for the furnace maintenance call. So Premier has my $199 at least 6 months before I will need next maintenance (AC). The plan did get me a 20% discount on the expensive part. Technician Tanner was courteous, well-groomed.
The service was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and helped answer many questions.
Ryan and Logan were courteous, explained the work they were doing and cleaned up when they are finished.
Richie was prompt and was quick to diagnose the issue. Offered a solution by explaining it to me in normal human words I could understand (which I appreciated).
Overall he was super awesome to deal with. Highly recommend.
I had these guys out to diagnose my furnace fan not turning off automatically. Richie came out and immediately started looking for a switch for manual mode. It was found, switched to auto and problem solved.
I'm always skeptical of companies coming out, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in this area, and taking advantage of me. Richie put my skepticism to rest when he said his desire is to give the customer the best experience possible and I experienced that from him today That's the kind of company I want working for me.
