Had a good experience with Premier. I haven't noticed any decline in service with Premier over the previous supplier we had install our HVAC unit. Had a professional tech come out to do our maintenance, he was courteous and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Premier for anyone needing HVAC work.
Just purchased this house. Extreme cold made heat pump not efficient sopropane back up was to come on. It didn't. Premier Hvac sent a tech within an hour on a Sunday. Well worth the peace of mind as he went thru the system to make sure it was operational. Very impressed with his knowledge. Problems solved and I have a warm house. I signed up for a maintenance program.
Devin did a great job! He was able to troubleshoot what the problem was with the furnace-system humidifier/dehumidifier pump. He had the correct equipment & replacement parts, got everything up and running again. Very efficient and helpful. And on a cold Sunday afternoon too!
