Donovan and Drew were just awesome!! I misunderstood the time frame and missed them. But they turned around and came back. They got my furnace working immediately, and answered all my questions. They are a very professional team with an obvious commitment to good customer service.

Technician was totally polite and patient having to deal with an extra helper aka our 6yr old son during the appointment. Told us about an option on our hvac system that we will be talking advantage at a later date. Great service all around.
Premier HVAC was great with our service on our old system and also very thorough in evaluating the system that would be best for us when we needed a new one. The installation was done in a long day and explained very well when finished. Everyone that has worked for us from Premier we highly recommend!
