Donovan came to our home to check on an unusual vibration type noise associated, we felt, with our heat pump. We didn't know where it was originating from so he had a puzzle to solve. He was very thorough in trying to find the source and ultimately figured it out. He explained everything in a way we could understand. We were impressed with his knowledge of our system. Semi annual maintenance. Went well. Tanner explained everything and was very courteous
Lucas came out to service our system, adjusted our internal settings and added a surge protector to the fan motor. Everything is working great! He was informative and didn't talk down to us. What a breath of fresh air in this day when it seems so many do the least amount to get by. I would recommend him highly!
